Bradley Phillips is serving his first term as State Business Development Vice-President of the Arkansas Jaycees and is a member of the Conway Jaycees.

Phillips resides in Conway where he serves as Vice President of Management for the Conway Junior Chamber. Phillips is the host of Conway’s Christmas Parade, the chairman of the Jaycees Haunted Hayride, and is involved in other Conway area events such as Toad Suck Daze, UCA’s “Paint the Town Purple”, and the Faulkner County Fair.

Bradley Phillips attended the University of Central Arkansas where he pursued degrees in Political Science and Public Relations. In 2007 he went to serve Governor Mike Beebe as Assistant to the Director of Policy. He then left the Governor’s office to serve as the youngest, full-time, registered lobbyist in the State as Vice President of Phillips Management and Consulting Company. Phillips also co-owns and operates Arkansasmedjobs, a headhunting company which recruits and places physical and occupational therapists in Arkansas.
