Kimberly Shipley is serving her first term as State Community Development Vice-President of the Arkansas Jaycees and is a member of the Jonesboro Jaycees. She served as the Membership Vice President of the Jonesboro Jaycees in 2007. Previously she served for eighteen months as the Jonesboro Jaycees Secretary. Kimberly was named Outstanding Officer of the Year for 2006 for the Jonesboro Jaycees Chapter.
She is currently working full time as the Northeast Arkansas Field Representative for Special Olympics of Arkansas. She was Volunteer of the Year for Area 7 Special Olympics for 2006.
