The Arkansas Jaycees is a nonprofit, politically nonpartisan, organization with the goal of fostering and promoting efforts to organize and develop local Jaycee organizations throughout the State of Arkansas to afford opportunity to acquire and develop leadership ability for participation in the affairs of their community, state, and nation. -
